Frequently asked questions

How do I place an order?

Simply head to the custom orders page and complete the short enquiry form.  I'll reply with a quote, turnaround time and any other details needed to bring your idea to life.

Do you have ready-made arrangements availiable?

Yes, you can shop a small collection of pre-made designs on our "Shop Our Creations" which are updated regularly. These can be purchased instantly by filling out the Order form or sending me a DM or an email at parchedandpretty.flowers@gmail.com.

I love one of the Past Pretties Arrangements, can I still order?

Yes I can definitely recreate a past arrangement for you.  Due to all items being handmade no two are exactly the same.  I can work closely with a past design but slight variations will occur based on flower and/or vase availability.

Can I request a certain colour pallete?

Yes, colour palettes are completely customisable. Neutrals, brights, soft tones, pastels, rustic/earthy, moody...whatever suits your space or occasion.

Where do i pick up my order from?

Pick-up is available from Alkimos. Please message me for delivery options.

How much do arrangements cost?

Pricing varies depending on size, type of florals, style and vase/pot that it comes in.  I have included a general price guide below to help get an idea of cost:

Mini/petite pretties - $35 -$45
Small arrangements - $50 -  $75
Medium arrangements - $80 -$150
Large arrangements -  $150 -  $350
Large statement pieces -  $250 - $380
Extra Large / Premium Statement pieces - from $400
Wall Decor and hanging pieces -  from $120 - $350+ depending on size and style,/

Can I get a custom arrangement made?

Absolutely! Most of my arrangements are custom made. You're welcome to send me an email at parchedandpretty.flowers@gmail.com, or fill out the form on our Custom Orders page. Include details such as the type and size of the arrangement, specific flowers and colour palette you'd like, and any inspiration pictures you have.

How long will my flowers last?

They can last months, even years with the right care.

How should i care for my arrangement?

To keep your dried and preserved flowers looking their best, Handle with care, keep them away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Gently dust them with a hairdryer on a cool setting. No water is required. A care guide is included with every order.

How long does a custom piece take?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for general custom orders.  Larger arrangements could be up to 3 weeks.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to being a handmade and delicate nature of dried florals. i'm unable to accept returns or exchanges.  If there's ever and issue with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me, i'm always here to help.
